Join our team at THG Sports! We are a worldwide leader in Sports Management, presenting over 300 of the biggest sporting events around the world each year. We are currently seeking intensely motivated and Spanish speaking individuals to serve as Inside Sales Representatives with our Chicago-based international sport division. We are looking to develop the Latin American market, which will include management opportunities within our existing Mexico City location.
You will sell our VIP packages to “C' Level executives around the world, during events such as: The Super Bowl, The Masters, The Mexican Grand Prix, Wimbledon, and the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens. We will provide you with comprehensive ongoing training to familiarize you with all aspects of the sales cycle. Your success will be driven by your personal motivation, persistence, and ability to connect with prospective clients.
We offer one of the highest commission structures in the industry, and your first-year earnings should average $50,000 to $60,000, with the potential to grow into a six-figure income. You will also find ample opportunity to advance within our company and even to relocate to various global locations. Job Requirements


As a successful Inside Sales Representative, you must be a true “hunter' type with a tremendous amount of motivation, drive and commitment to actively produce results. If you are the type of person who can dive right in and immediately begin producing results, and who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment, you are exactly who we’re looking for.
Specific qualifications for the role include:


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills

  • Internet and social media savvy

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish desired

  • Great closing skills

  • Solid research skills

  • A confident, positive, and disciplined attitude

  • Ability to easily handle rejection

  • Excellent telephone skills and the motivation to make 150 calls or more per day

Job Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work as part of a small four-person team, selling a specific sport event over the course of a nine month period. Due to the huge international exposure across multiple business segments, you will cultivate business acumen as well as an invaluable personal network at the very highest level within the corporate sector – making this a valuable educational experience in addition to a lucrative sales career!



Your specific duties in this role will include:


  • Identifying qualified prospective clients and making effective telephone presentations in both Spanish and English, clearly articulating the value the sport event brings to their business.

  • Generating and following up on leads through intensive business-to-business cold calling in the USA and Latin American region (an average of 150 calls each day)

  • Researching and deepening your subject knowledge of premier international sport events

  • Developing loyal and engaging customer relationships

  • Closing new business

  • Meeting or exceeding all performance goals on a consistent basis

  • Thoroughly and accurately recording all sales information
